What is Chavesty?

A crime against society commited by one who is a chav. Esp, any actions they make in the public sphere which endanger or threaten those around them.
Chav: You looking at me?
Person: No
Chav: I'm going to kill you give me ten pence
Person: No
Chav: PUNCH!
Person: On floor bleeding!
