The part of the a man's member where the head meets the shaft. The little inverted "v" in particular.

Cheam is actually a place in Surrey, but it sounds like it should be rude, as in the following example. This is a word yet to come into widespread usage.
I cheamed all over her.

As stated before, it is a town in Surrey, it has also being used as a term for nob cheese.
