What is Cheeky Conor?

When a situation arises such that a member of a group is disliked intensely by all other members of the group, and yet seems to remain oblivious to this fact, even though it is made perfectly clear.
If I'm standing with my friends, all of whom hate person x, and although I've made my feelings perfectly clear, they still insist on joining the group, and remain there, thus pulling a cheeky conor. Ugh!!
