An unsinkable or unflushable shit, turd or crap. Multiple flushings don't help.
A Cheerio Shit is particularly imbarrassing when you share a bathroom with coworkers or hot coed's in a dorm or at a party when you know someone is waiting to use the can after you but you can't get the last bit of shit to flush.
