When a cheerleader makes eye contact with, and essentially cheers to, one member of the audience, most commonly male, to the exclusion of all others.

"You were totally having cheersex with him!" spoken to Kirsten Dunst in Bring it On, after she has made eye contact with Cliff throughout an entire routine.
