What is Cheese Grease?

The stain left by the unkempt. The sweat stains of unbathed track and field coaches. The residue left on surface areas, caused by sweat, grime, and or festering body odor.
"Johnny" sat down at my desk, and when he got up, he left a puddle of cheese grease.
