a wave that signifies someone as a complete cheesedick, ass-clown, tool-bag or chach-bag. sometimes a wave used by really old, really drunk men.
step 1: the waver points his open hand, palm facing the ground, at the person to be waved at.
step 2: the waver closes hand and points his index finger at the person to be waved to
step 3: repeat step 1
Put it all together: open hand(palm facing ground), point, open hand
"That chach-bag just gave me the cheesedick wave"
