What is Cheggis M & M?

A 'game' where the participant places an m & m (chocolate or peanut) inside their anus. This can be accompanied by the games theme song, which is sung to the tune of the hokey kokey: You put the red one in, you take the green one out, in out, in out, shake your ass about, you do the cheggis m & m and turn about, that's when you fire them out!
After the magician cancelled, Richard kept the party guests amused by performing a Cheggis m & m.
