What is Chelsea Story?

when someone tells a story of no relevance to the topic that people are discussing. they are short, dumb stories that have no point whatsoever. these stories usually take a long time to finish telling becuase other people in the conversation interupt in hopes of changing the topic becuse they know the story is going to be pointless.
"my step brother has hair."
"one time i fell off a swing and broke my arm."
"today i woke up and felt ugly."
"no one wants to hear this story, its a chelsea story."
