He who has splintered from the Kreigler and is considered the dark matter of Asia. Known to have been in existence for thousands of millenia, often rides the luck dragon to pass the time. Known whereabouts are inconclusive. Last recorded sighting of Cheng Lor was as a leader in a bloody panda smuggling ring in Southern California.
