n. the horribly inept puppet-ass of a homeland security director for the U.S. This guy is so clueless, that he went to Atlanta to talk about bird flu, while thousands suffered in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. On his watch, he let New Orleans rot as death and decay swept in, for a FULL 36 hours. Then, finally, after his nice trip, he gave the authority to horse-fucker Brownie to mobilize the necessary federal agencies, and provide aid to the storm ravaged region.
v. to completely ignore the task at hand, to stand idly by while thousands of people die as a result of one's ineptitudes.
Chertoff was questioned by a congressional committee which pointed out that CHERTOFF was officially responsible to authorize the mobilization of federal agencies in the aftermath of Katrina. Chertoff, a.k.a. Jerkoff, did not have anything to say to the fact that he did nothing after knowing of the floods for 36 hours. Chertoff is a fucking puppet who is solely responsible for the death of at least hundreds. If there is a hell, he will burn in it. Don't blame Horsefucker Brownie, it is Chertoff who has the blook on his hands
