Just another way to describe a situation as being messed up. Not commonly used for people, but rather things.
In a restaraunt:
This soup tastes CHESTERED; I think the cook put too much salt in it.

Getting banning or kicked out of a place because u are not liked by a person.
Damn son i cant believe i got chestered from school for fighting with the teacher, she a (jaba the slut)

1.a person (usually a guy or a nerd) who is a loner
2. a kid at school who doesnt have any friends to sit with during lunch breaks.
That's Sherman, the chestered guy in this school
