What is Chevaunne?

A Chevaunne is very loud, extroverted and boisterous. She will often claim belonging to words like: "Whattt?" in a very annoying manner. Her hands are often warm like a fireplace which is very odd and she will need to see a doc. Some say this is because she has good circulation but i beg to differ.
"Who the hell is that annoying girl?"
"Oh that's Chevaunne."
