What is Chi Sao?

A "sticky hands" training drill used in the Chinese close combat art of Wing Chun in order to develop sensitivity. Also sometimes referred to as "rolling," advanced martial artists can detect the slightest inefficiency in an enemy's defenses in order to capitalize with simultaneous attacks and defenses.

Example: "We began our training lesson with Chi Sao and ended with the Wooden Dummy."
