Someone who currently lives in Chicago or close proximity. Positive feelings towards Chicago and feeling like you are a part of the city of Chicago. Pride in Chicago.

I have lived in Chicago all my life and I consider myself a dedicated chicagoan. As long as I live in Chicago I will be a Chicagoian.
