What is Chichonkie?

A person of mixed race, part hispanic and part white. Chicano + Honkie = Chichonkie. Ususally given to people who are white but still want to connect with their hispanic culture but have no clue as to how to go about it.
"are you white?"

"no"
"well then what are you?"
"I'm a chichonkie"
