What is Chicken-fag?

A person, usually someone with authority, who says or does things that are totally ridiculous, but he/she feels are intelligent. A Chicken-fag makes comments that are out-of-place, out-of-line or just plain stupid. A chicken-fag is usually ignorant, but won't admit it.
The boss just lied to me again! What a chicken-fag!
