What is Chicles?

(n.)Condition in which the anger and frustration expressed as a result of a mildly unpleasant or undesirable event or situation far exceeds the reponse that would be normally expected. Often used in the same context as describing a disease.

If someone were to rip a phone out of the wall because it occasionally cut out, you might say "Sounds like he has a case of the chicles."
