What is Child Genius?

A very stupid child, with absolutely no hope of making anything substantial out of their life.
Their parents refer to them as a "child genius" to cover their pain and anger at their child's stupidity.
Christine: Hey, can I enter my son Job for the youngster intelligence challenge?
Wasteman who organises the competition: Sure, what's his IQ?
Christine: Oh, he doesn't have one, he's a real child genius.
