A combination of the words "Chimpanzee" and " Monkey". It usually refers to lazy and shiftlessAfrican-Americans (aka " Niggers") who complain about the oppression which they have suffered at the hands of the white man, yet do absolutely nothing to better themselves.

Driving down Lenox Avenue in Harlem the other day, I observed a bunch of Chimpanmonkeys loitering outside the local chicken and ribs joint.
