term used to describe the thatch of hair that some men grow that starts at the very end of the chin. It hangs down a few inches thereby making the man's chin look like a 1970's bush and earning him the nickname chin pussy (ie Omar Epps on House)
Mike: look at that hair on that dude's chin. Is that a beard?
Timmy: No, it's a chin pussy.
Mike: It looks like something out of that gay 1970 musical HAIR.
