China Clone Edit Meaning

A cloned product that comes from China. Usually high end electronic products such as MP3 players, HDTV's, GPS devices, and PDA's.

Not always a "knock off" product. Some China clones are better than the product they were originally trying to copy.

Expert reverse engineers will usually deconstruct the product to the very last detail and build it up again, sometimes even fixing bugs in the unit's firmware.

This term is usually used in the context of low or mid end Chinese airsoft clones (eg. CYMA, JG, G&G, Cybergun).

You see that GPS on my car?

Yeah... that's a pretty nice GPS.

Well that's a China clone. It was cheap as hell and it's just the same if not better than the original.
