When a joke, statement or object is so lame, that it transcends through all levels of lameness and actually becomes cool. i.e. digging through Australia and coming out in China.

Paul: Hey, check out my awesome new tattoo... isn't it cool?

Everyone else: Nah man, that's lame.

Paul: But it's SO lame, it's China Cool.
