Chinese food is defined as Chinese cuisine that is typically greasy and no matter what you order, it will be ready in 15 minutes. If there are any peas or carrots in the rice, this is not St. Louis Chinese Food. If the establishment you are at does not sell St. Paul Sandwiches, then you are not at a Chinaman.
