Insulting term used in reference to a homosexual, a cocksucker, for short. coming from my ideal of the ball bag smacking against the chin., This is my own insult and it has adapted into my daily vocabulary.
you call a friend on the phone, and greet him with,"hey chinbag". Or "hey douche, your a real fuckn chinbag". Or. "Only a real chinbag would do something like that". You like to gobble tubesteak smothered in underwear you freakin chinbag.
