Anyone acting in such a manor that may pose as an interference or some sort of disruption in the daily life of someone who is of Serkish ethnicity. This may include, but is not limited to:
A) Anyone working for an IT Department
B) Any hot female having a boyfriend and who is loyal to him
C) Anyone who is stupid
That damn IT guy just installed some new software on our computers. My computer now takes twice as long to open up my files. That f***ing bastard is a Chinese Food Crip.
