1. Someone who has as little hair on the top of their head as they do on their chin.
2. Chinheading - The act of photoshopping someone's chin onto their head to show how they would look if they were bald.
"Look at that guy, what a chinhead."
"You remember that picture of Olly? I totally chinheaded it."
