any Chinese person living in China who has zero morals, zero maners and zero code of conduct. In other words close to 99.999999% of the male population of China. Usually male, but always recites the three brainwashed maxims - Taiwan is a renegeade province, China has never had a war of agression, and China has 5000 years of "culture".
