What is Chi-town Crab Dangle?

When a man hides behind a bush at night and waits for a person to walk by and then jumps out and crab dangles the person by knocking the victim on to the ground and repeatedly teabagging his/her face whilst making the motion of crab claws opening and closing with his hands.
Gina: I had a great night last night.
Kirsten: Oh? What'd you do?
