What is Chocolate Covered Bubble Wrap?

It is the most amazing thing ever. You can eat it and it tastes like chocolate and bubble wrap. And it pops. Which is cool. If you eat some, you will be cool.
Person 1: "Hey you want some bubble wrap?"
Person 2: "You got chocolate to go with it?"
Person 1: "Uh. . . no."
Person 2: (walks off) :mutters: "So uncool."
