What is Choloha?

Much like a "cholo", a Latino gangster, except used for Pacific Islanders. Often seen in white tees and saggy pants, with overkill on hair gel and a chain, getting a lot of influence from actual cholos. Such makes them common sights in places in the south west of the US.

"Man, did you see that little guy in Against All Odds? Cholohas, man. They're everywhere now."
