A small/short; chubby and sexy Latina/Hispanic girl/woman of any hispanic heritage.
Chunky: phonetic-English to Spanish- urban dialect--and "Qui" which in spanish may imply shaped like a pea, ball shaped, round, rounded. Thus a chonqui is a latina gal ( usually small/ short ladies)--who is super rounded, chubby, filled, big, i.e., "chunky". Also probably: "sexy".
