A hispanic person who can pass for white (aka Miami Cubans)and they're white when it's convenient and hispanic when it's convenient(for scholarship purposes). They tend to be females, with badly streaked blonde hair and obssess over material possessions. They love to go shopping and usually adorned in gifts from Tifffany's given to them from white men. They are high class chongas.
