when someone is smoking weed, getting high and they exseed the level of high then there's chopped; and when you reach the peak of your highness that is what is called chopp'chopp!!!!!!
smoking some hydro or bubble kush, or that real good green;smoking about three or more blunt's, that's getting chopp'chopp!!!!
