What is Chorlton And The Wheelies?

The result of a challenge to find a playground attack that could be described as such
the perpetrator sneaks up behind a victim who happens to be facing down (be it on hands and knees, doing push ups, sunbathing)The Perpetrator then proceeds to lift the victims legs 'wheelbarrow' style and administers a swift kick (the Chorlton) to the testicles (the Wheelies)
variations:
Flying Chorlton: A Chorlton delivered to a victim who's hands aren't in contact with the floor (those leaning on railings and bars are perfect targets)
Bobby Chorlton: A Chorlton with any football relation
Atomic Chorlton: requiring at least 3 attackers, 2 fellows hold up the vitcims legs while a third (or succesion there of) takes a run up before delivering the Chorlton
Sanjeev administered a particularly effective Chorlton and the Wheelies to Dave, much to the delectation of all there present
