a child hottie.
ranging in age from about 15-18. prime chottie age. (extra points if they're still in highschool)
when you're too old to actually date said child hottie but know that they will grow up to be a hottie, therefore resulting in a chottie.
"i bet hes about 17, but i don't even care, hes such a chottie!"
