Proper noun.
Means the Little Chott. Can also be called "Shottu." The companion of her Shotta. Not to be confused with "I choooo toooo" (I'm sooo coool!)
Chottu - the youngest one... an elder sibling but still the youngest..
Chottu- younger, junior; small or unimportant
Chottu IS sooo coool, but not "choooo tooo!"
