Originating from Menlo Park, CA, refers to a relatively large blunt (typically a Peach or Grape Optimo) rolled with Norcal's finest strands of dank. Can be used as both a noun and verb.

(Noun Usage)

"Yo let's go to Valpo Hill and twist up a Chowpa"

(Verb Usage)

"Damn fool, I can already smell that dank, wanna go chowp?"
