Based on the concept of the cankle. When a persons throat and chin become virtually indecipherable from one another. Often caused by obesity, although in some cases it is due primarily to an oddly shaped chin.

A: "That bitch on Montel is so fat. Is that her chin or her throat?"

B: "Neither, it's a chroat."
