A Chrome Dick has slicked back hair, a gold chain around his neck and/or wrist, chest hair sticking out of the top of his hawaiian button up shirt, with a cell phone (or pager) clipped onto the side of his pants. This type of man can be seen smoking cigars while driving his sports car on his way to the country club.
