Obesely round child of a maliscious and/or spitefuly obnoxious demeanor. Often found with remnants of yesterday's ice cream drpping off his/her unwashed double chin.
"That chuble just stole Toby's Dorito's and accidentally asphyixiated while licking the bottom of the bag!"
