What is Chuck Fucker?

Someone who ardently and incomprehensibly wears Converse shoes because he or she believes it to be cool. This behavior is seen most predominantly in the Emo subculture, hence the term "Chuck Fucker" becoming synomonous with "Emo Kid".
"Man, when did Norris start wearing those faggy shoes?"
