It is used to describe extreme or ideal conditions, such as when there is zero gravity, no friction, or amusement park rides that can go extremely fast. At Chucknasty's Amusement Park, rides are designed to work so that the occupant, usually {Souza}, will be harmned.

Chucknasty is also the name of a super hero who has the power to make situations ideal.
