What is Chud Syndrome?

A person suffering from Chud Syndrome will show signs of slight mental handicap in the form of stuttered speech and slow understanding. They might also crack jokes or create puns that are funny to only themselves and nobody else. People may see them as a creep and not want to associate with them, although most will never admit that. Sufferers also may also be defined by distinct physical characteristics such as a deep under bite, red hair and freckles, as well as a gorilla like stature when walking.
Kid1: Yo, that kid is a creep.
Kid2: Yeah, he has a severe case of Chud Syndrome, don't worry about it.
