Being of or related to the victims of Chuck Norris. Chucknar originated from the 2004 Ben Stiller smash hit move, "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story", in which Ben Stiller utters the word "Chuknar" at his measly Dodgeball opponents featured on ESPN THE OCHO.
