What is Chumpcity?

A word that is yelled out when someone says a really good and well timed insult to another person, such as "burn" but not nearly as cool.

"Ew, stop eating that, it looks like vomit!"

"Your mom looks like vomit, yet i still eat her."

"CHUMPCITY!"
