An adjective used to describe the style of dress/ mannerisms, or the delapidated condition of a car, house, etc. This is usually exhibited by those people who fit the nacodefinition left by SMPDigital. Mostly this term is used in a derogatory manner.

" Look at that truck! They've put spinners on that '85 Astro van! Man, how chunti-fabulous is that?!?!"
