What is Chuzzlefuck?

A person who by words or actions in normal circumstances would be referred to as a fuck or fucker, however thier words or actions bring about a certain air of stupidity and denote the use of "Chuzzlefuck" as a description.

Person A is driving thier car like an idiot causing Person B to have to brake suddenly avoiding a collision.
Person B would state in frustration "You chuzzlefuck!"
