What is Chwangster?

a chinese person who thinks he/she is african american and gangster. Usually found throughout L.A., where I live, and they get jumped by real gangsters, but still don't stop.
Gangster 1: "Yo man, look at dat chwangster doin the blood sign"
Gangster 2: "Yeah lets rep the crips bro, our brothas, lets go smoke that asian"
