What is Cigarette Harmonica?

A non-musical harmonica made my cutting the top and bottom off of a pack of cigarettes (preferably 100's) and smoking all of them, at once, through the pack, like a bundle of cigarettes; effectively creating a Cigarette Harmonica.
"Ed, let's go make another cigarette harmonica."
